Working together for a better future: A Kenyan delegation visits ROTHENBERGER

On June 30, 2025, we welcomed a delegation from Kenya to the ROTHENBERGER TEC Center in Kelkheim. This visit marks the start of a promising collaboration aimed at promoting the international exchange of knowledge and skills.

At the beginning, our guests were given an informative tour of the plant, during which they were able to gain exciting insights into the production processes and the innovative strength of ROTHENBERGER. The delegation showed particular interest in the dual training system and the company's modern training strategies. The aim is to give young Kenyans the opportunity to acquire technical skills in Germany and to pass on this know-how later in their home country.

Another focus was on possible cooperation with our TOOLS FOR LIFE Foundation. The delegation learned about the foundation's global projects and how sustainable solutions are implemented to improve the quality of life. Together, the potential for projects that can sustainably strengthen education and social development in Kenya was explored.

The day was characterized by inspiring exchanges, learning about shared values and a clear commitment to future partnerships. This meeting was an important first step towards jointly developing projects that open up new prospects for young people in Kenya and promote economic development.
